Who We Are

A collective of urban bass anglers with an absolute passion for bassin’. Creatively spreading the love for the freshwater sport worldwide incorporating our trademark attitude and personal perspective on bass angling subculture. It’s not just a sport. It’s a (cult)ure.

Our Story

It was all a dream. We used to read Word Up magazine. Wait, wrong intro.

It was in the Spring of 2008, amidst the abundant and tidal waters of the California Delta, a new culture spawned. Since conception, it has been this culture’s mission to give an ancient sport a rebirth. A new perspective if you will. It was unforeseen that this (cult)ure would soon grow to attract such an immense, yet exclusive following of anglers. Anglers who live and breathe the art of bass fishing. However, in our community, bass angling is more than just a sport. It is a lifestyle. It is a culture. We do not practice conventional techniques, employ conventional gear or wear conventional attire. Bass Brigade is a worldwide collective of urban anglers who stand united by a single passion, “a passion for bassin’”.
